COVID-19 has significantly impacted the way CVS/CRS operates, both in WA and VIC. We follow all local and national government health guidelines and our services have been amended to minimise the virus transmission risk to both our patients and our staff.
We are currently facing unprecedented numbers of calls to deal with amended and postponed services. We continue to be committed to high quality care and delivering an excellent patient experience, and I would like to assure you that we are doing everything possible to return any unanswered calls as soon as possible.
