CVS welcomes and values all of our patients’ feedback. We are committed to using this feedback to improve the quality of the service we provide. All feedback received is comprehensively reviewed by the Chief Operating Officer and CVS Management Team. The Chief Operating Officer will be informed of all patient and referrer feedback, in particular any complaints and the status of their resolution. All complaints are taken seriously, including anonymous complaints, the action taken by the CIS group with respect to investigation of a specific complaint is dependent on the nature and significance of the complaint. Once the complaint investigation is concluded and any necessary remedial action taken, the complainant will be informed.
All feedback provided is strictly confidential and will be acknowledged and addressed by the CVS Management team in a timely manner.
